Updated alternate firmware for Chronelec RC transponder.

DISCTrain v1.4

Fast transmit variant with loop re-triggering, for use on velodrome with split activation/reception loops. Battery life is sacrificed for reliable ~20ms accuracy.

Road / Cyclocross v1.0

Minimal transmit variant for use with shared single activation/reception loop. Transponder sends seven beacons spread over ~80ms and then turns off.
